Terms and Conditions

This agreement is between Legacy Animations a division of Sales Team 1, LLC. (Company) at 1621 Central Ave., Cheyenne, WY 82001 and Client.

Service Description. Company creates custom online animated legacy videos that illustrate the life of the Client as a compelling story as a gift to family and friends.

How it Works. Animations are produced collaboratively with Client regarding theme, storyline, settings and characters. Client describes project objectives and any specifics that must be included or excluded.

Pricing.
Your Story Animation: $2,500
All above : Up to 30 frames and 3.0 minutes.

Payment Terms.
Your Story Animation: 40% Deposit
All above: In advance before production and balance upon final acceptance.

Frames. $100 per additional frame or edited frame after delivery.

Customize Character. Character to resemble image provided by Client (abstractly using standard visual elements but not original art work).

Exclusive. Productions are exclusive.

Satisfaction Guarantee. Upon request edits can be made to meet the reasonable production expectations as illustrated on the home page samples.

Hosting. We can setup a free hosting account on Vimeo with your animation being public. You can upgrade your account to make the animation private and accessible only with a link you send.

Indemnification. Company is indemnified and held harmless for all use of provided services and for any errors or omissions.

Intellectual Property. Client has exclusive rights and sole ownership of final delivered animations.

Mutual Confidentiality. All information provided to the other that is not public or commonly available will be kept confidential except images and storylines specifically provided by Client to be included in the animation production.

Privacy. We retain animation copies as a service to the Client and do not distribute copies in any form or manner.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of and in the Jurisdiction of the State of Wyoming.

Subject to Change. Terms may be changed but will not apply retroactively.

Disputes. Resolution will be by mediation (unless mutually waived) and then binding arbitration both using impartial services selected by Company, accepted by both parties and with the party initiating any action paying all fees. User agrees not to dispute credit card charges until and unless all mediation and arbitration processes are finalized and further not to post negative reviews on or offline and to abide by decisions made during dispute resolution.
